I started personal training because I wanted to square my shape and get back into a fitness routine. Before I started working with Abby, I was concerned it would be a lot of money and I wouldn’t do anything I couldn’t do myself if I’d put my mind to it, but Abby was able to help me set some goals and explain how they would be achieved. With Abby’s help, I’ve been able to get into a good exercise habit, squared off and improved strength, as well as gaining an understanding of how to manage my exercise much better.
