Before I started training with Abby, I was worried that as a personal fitness instructor she would be like one of those shouty British Military Fitness trainers, but I found that Abby is always patient on workout sessions, while at the same time is just the right amount of pushy to keep me on track. I was also concerned that, despite the best of intentions, I might not get anything out of the sessions . I wanted to get back into an exercise routine and get my fitness back. With Abby’s help, I vastly improved my middle distance running times, improved my diet and my cardio-vascular fitness. But most importantly, Abby re-introduced exercise into my life, finding ways to make training fun, effective and achievable, even when things get super busy. I thought that personal training would be expensive, but I believe my sessions with Abby were worth every penny.
